Nahida Khanam is a qualified legal practitioner with substantial experience in the areas of civil, criminal, and corporate law. Her professional background encompasses a range of legal functions, including litigation, legal drafting, regulatory compliance, and corporate advisory services. She has represented clients before various judicial forums, including the Hon’ble High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Ms. Khanam has served in multiple reputable legal institutions and chambers, where she has consistently demonstrated her capability in managing complex legal matters, particularly within the financial and corporate sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Atish Dipankar University of Science and Technology and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of Rajshahi. An enrolled advocate with the Bangladesh Bar Council and a registered practitioner at the Dhaka Judge Court, she is committed to maintaining the highest standards of legal professionalism and integrity.
